How much does it cost?: My fee is $160 for a 50 minute session.
Do you take insurance?: I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a Superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?: I offer virtual sessions to keep things convenient and flexible.

If you'd like to work with me in-person, you have the option to book through the group practice I'm affiliated with in North Palm Beach. Please note that my fee through the group practice is $185, compared to $150 for virtual sessions. If this option interests you, please make a note in the contact form.
Who do you work with?: I offer counseling services to Tweens & Teens, College Students and Young Adults
How do I get started?: First, schedule your free 15-minute consultation.

The consultation is an opportunity for me to hear a little bit about what is going on for you and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

If we decide that we’re not a good fit, I will support you in finding another therapist who may better meet your needs.
How long does it take?: The beauty of therapy is that it’s a continually evolving relationship. I relate to the therapeutic process as an opportunity for personal growth, and how long you choose to engage is entirely up to you!

Some clients come to me looking to enhance a specific area of their life and choose to end sessions once they've achieved their goals. Others incorporate therapy into their ongoing self-care routine, finding it to be a consistent source of support and insight.
